As a “**Global Brand Identity and Collaborations Manager**”, you will be in charge of ensuring a consistent expression of the Nespresso brand globally and locally, across platforms and touchpoints, while driving creative brand innovation to push the brand attractiveness and serving the purpose and objectives of the brand. In this position, you will lead the Nespresso creative Brand Identity and Collaborations development and deployment with a team of 3 people.

**A Day in the Life of a Global Brand Identity and Collaborations Manager**
- Lead the Brand Identity development and deployment:

- Envision and ensure an elevated and distinctive brand image through the development and implementation of the brand guidelines on the different touchpoints, working closely with the different HQ departments (Advertising, Product marketing, Merchandising, Sponsoring, CRM, etc )
- Provide artistic direction to communications and marketing teams as well as agencies in order to create campaign and experiences that are in line with the brand identity, at the forefront of creativity and in a way that enhances perceived value of the Nespresso brand
- Manage and define the Brand architecture anticipating and accommodating new Brand Identity needs
- Lead the Brand’s Creative Development through Collaborations:

- Push relevance and desirability to a new generation of consumers through impactful and engaging collaborations
- Conceptualize and lead the visual identity for those collaborations (guidelines, pop ups and special projects) of these seasonal consumer experiences
- Explore new creative directions, partnerships and channels and lead taskforces to evaluate their potential.
- Lead the seasonal 360 experiences, to offer a consistent and best in class visual expression and experience
- Expand external network and drive industry positioning of Nespresso as a leading creative brand.
- Manage the team with care and a coaching mindset

**What will make you successful**
- Degree in Marketing or Communication
- 5 to 6 years Marketing Communication experience gained in lifestyle/luxury companies, web or communication agency
- Experience in project management with different internal and external interlocutors and with strong advocacy
- Proven agency management skills
- Ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously in a high-paced environment
- Agile mindset to combine strategic, analytical and operational thinking
- Excellent interpersonal skills, advanced communication and presenting capabilities
- Sense for design and sensitivity to luxury and image
- Effective team leader and people manager
- Fluent in English and French, third language would be appreciated
