**Position Summary**

As a
** Global Marketing Fundamentals Manager**, you will spearhead outstanding Brand Fundamentals expertise for the Nestlé Group, working with senior stakeholders across Nestlé brands to develop sharp, unique, long-lasting and inspiring Brand Essences that serve as the foundation of all brand building activities and enable brands to understand and define their contributions to People, Families and Pets, Communities and the Planet. You will inspire and enable Nestlé brands across categories to define strong brand associations with well-defined content territories that consumers love, in order to build long term Brand affinity and engagement, and spark development of outstanding content for these territories through capability building.

**A Day in the Life of a Global Marketing Fundamentals Manager**
- Global leadership for the Brand Essence (Brand Equity) Framework, ensuring continuous relevance of global guidance vis a vis industry evolution
- Global leadership for the Brand Contribution Framework, ensuring continuous relevance of global guidance vis a vis industry evolution
- Lead the Brand Fundamentals global champions network to create a team of experts who are skilled and equipped to help brands in their markets raise the bar on building strong brand fundamentals.
- Lead continuous capability building across SBUs, Zones and Markets through trainings and communities
- Co-ordinate across other BBNW (Brand Building Nestle Way) work streams to ensure integration and that the BBNW process flows seamlessly

**What will make you successful**
- Between 10-12 years’ experience in core brand building roles working with big FMCG brands, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially in brand positioning, qualified advertising, raising the bar on creative excellence
- Have in depth knowledge in Marketing Brand Fundamentals, traditional as well as strong digital and audience first marketing skillset
- Track record in managing strategic agency partnerships
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience managing senior stakeholders
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels
- Track record from global matrix organizations is a plus
- Fluent in English
