As **Global Brand Campaigns Intern**, you will be responsible for supporting the Brand Campaign Manager and Project Manager across campaigns from brief creation all the way to localization and launch, of the translation of the creative concept into effective communication to establish and strengthen authentic connections with relevant audiences around the globe, focusing on delivering tasteful and meaningful brand experiences that strengthen brand equity.

**A day in the life of a Global Brand Campaigns Intern**

Per campaign/content/asset and across all touchpoints support the team in:

- Work with the creative and production agency in order to deliver the campaign masters
- Support the campaign brief including brief workshop and insight creation, the pre-bid process and pre-production meeting and all post campaign reviews and senior leadership approvals
- Support the shoot, especially organization of all components and products
- Liaise with other 360° teams and zones/markets to ensure coherent adaptation of the communication executions and alignment to the creative work
- Defend creative work with clear facts and rationale to support chosen direction
- Work closely with the team in charge of translation/transcreation of campaigns and assets in all languages and formats across markets
- Support the team in aligning with markets on requested deviations and bespoke assets, and ensure final delivery in line with global concept
- Ensure the development of the Guidebooks and Communication toolkits to be distributed among the markets
- Deliver the Campaign Editorial Calendar to guide markets in social publishing
- Additional support to the team in: Pre and post evaluation of campaigns working with insights team and research partners + Building repertories of global best practices to share with markets

**What will make you successful**
- Recent Master graduate or about to graduate with university degree ideally in Business or Communications, with experience gained in Communications or Marketing
- Passion and interest in high-end/luxury brands and/or brands with a direct business model would be an advantage
- Proven agency management skills would be a plus
- Natural leadership, resilient, high ability to manage stress and changing environment
- Exceptional ability to communicate ideas/point of view in a clear/concise way
- Fluency in English both written and spoken, any other European languages would be a plus
