**Position Summary**

As a **Global Convenience Channel Lead**, you will develop Nestlé Group business in Convenience and On-The-Go channels across all markets and categories, by developing and implementing winning channel strategies to enhance our presence and increase our market share in these channels.

**A Day in the Life of a Global Convenience Channel Lead**
- Define the role of the convenience channel for the Strategic Business Unit, portfolio strategy for the channel, price pack architecture for the channel, entering new categories or segments
- Develop and constantly evolve playbook to build winning channel strategies (Assortment, Price Pack Architecture, Promo/Visibility, Route To Market)
- Drive potential regional/global distribution partnerships and negotiate global framework agreements until monitoring the execution of these agreements
- Develop above market relationship with global Convenience Channel players
- Lead the Convenience Channel Acceleration Network, including SBUs, Zones, Markets and other Corporate experts

**What will make you successful**
- Minimum 10 years broad Generating Demand experience acquired in leading CGPs or Retailers
- Proven experience building and implementing successful strategies for Convenience and On-The-Go channels is a must
- Experience working in above market teams
- Expertise in Sales Operations and RTM activities
- Highly developed strategic thinking & influencing skills
- Track record of successful project management
- Fluent in English
