Quality and Compliance Program Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIE**S & TASKS**
- Develop and oversee quality and compliance programs for UNISERS.
- Establish systems and procedures to ensure UNISERS meets all government regulatory requirements and semiconductor industry quality standards to enable market access.
- Working in close partnership with the design team to ensure equipment design complies with all applicable industry standards, including but not limited to: EEC, NEC, ASME, UPC, UMC, UBC, UFC, OSHA, SEMI.
- Develop and maintain a library of applicable authoritative sources and major requirements.
- Establish safety, quality, and compliance training programs aligned to global government regulatory requirements and semiconductor industry standards.
- Map out a path for ISO9001 compliance.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality and compliance programs.
- Establish domain expertise by staying up to date with changes to global regulatory requirements and representing UNISERS with industry standards organizations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams through written and oral presentations.
- Define and re-define the role as UNISERS' business grows.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, sciences, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor compliance or quality program management (includes audit, legal, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or quality operational risk), or a combination of both. Experience establishing new quality or compliance programs is a plus.
- Knowledge of the laws regarding global anti-corruption, data privacy, trade compliance, government contracting, and/or environmental laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to a wide variety of global audiences.
- Strong program and project management, with the ability to set expectations for others.
- Experience with Semiconductor Industry (SEMI) standards and ISO9001 compliance is preferred.
- Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum Master), Lean Six Sigma, Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional Program (CCEP), or other similar certifications are preferred.
- Work experience from both a small company and large corporate is a plus.
- Fluency in English and German is advantageous.

UNISERS AG is a young start-up from ETH Zurich with revolutionary technology to tackle the biggest challenge in the semiconductor industry: namely, contamination control. Our patented products have been validated to tremendously help the whole semiconductor supply chain (components, materials, wafers, equipment, and chip fabs) with quality control by finding and identifying otherwise undetected or unknown contaminations.
