**Forecasting & Capacity Planner**

We are looking for a strategic and highly analytical Forecasting & Capacity Planner to join our Capacity & Revenue Management function. As the first hire into this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the long-term strategy for capacity planning, forecasting, and inventory management across EF Educational Tours. You will be a key member of the team working closely with various departments and stakeholders to understand opportunities, limitations and to create action plans based on latest capacity trends and forecasts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain continuous forecasting perspective on a global scale to predict demand trends and flag challenges that will impact our final inventory consumption
- Build a collaborative relationship with key stakeholders to understand their growth capabilities, cost impact of different capacity levels, and recommend actions based on capacity opportunities or limitations
- Drive and own the process of capacity constraint capture and cost/quality implications, on a global level
- Establish and monitor performance metrics and conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide insights for decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy, improve demand planning processes, and streamline inventory management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in forecasting, capacity planning or analytics, preferably within the travel industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record
- Ability to derive insights and detect trends & patterns from complex data sets
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to create solutions from scratch
