Tasks

Demand Planning
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts to meet business goals and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to gather relevant data (financial target, historical sales data, market trends, and other factors) and insights for accurate demand forecasting.
- Implement inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts, overstock situations, and reduce storage costs.
- Align merchandise plans with sales objectives and market demands.

Business Controlling
- Budget and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the turnover & stock situation of the business and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.
- Be a business partner to sales incl. aligning & monitoring of turnover targets and developing of turnover plans together.

Merchandise Management
- Plan the demand for our own eCom & concession business based on historical sales data, marketing activities and other factors.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Controlling / Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, business controlling, or merchandise management.
- Proven track record in implementing successful demand planning strategies and improving business performance.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common business goals.
- Proficient in using ERP systems, demand planning software (e.g. Anaplan,...), and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and contribute to the development of business strategies.
- Experience in aligning demand planning and business controlling activities with overall business objectives.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and the capacity to adapt to changing business conditions.
- Being a sports enthusiast and being familiar with our products is a plus.
