Sc Deployment Lead Sm Opu

**About** the role**:
The Supply Chain Deployment Lead for the Small Molecules OpU (SM OpU) is expected to provide support for the OpU Supply Chain Digital Deployments.

This includes:

- ** Translate, cascade down digital SC strategy, and collect feedback from sites**
- ** Managing Key Stakeholders in driving Digital Initiatives** across the OpU including Global Supply Chain and Collaboration with the SM OpU Business Excellence and Transformation Function
- ** Supports various operational and culture building priorities** that create a high performing culture as a member of the SM OpU team
- ** Ensures appropriate master data governance within the OpU and KPIs transparency**
- ** Development and implementation of transversal tools**, ways of working to enable better visibility, predictability, and control of Smalls Molecules end-to-end supply chain.

**How you will contribute**:

- Drive big GSC programs customized to the OpU need and strategy: Develop, document and align projects with Supply Chain vision & strategy - developing and implementing Supply Chain Technology roadmap and Digital transformation
- Development and implementation of systems and processes to enable better understanding and control of the 3 Supply Chain levers (inventory, leadtime, capacity)
- Enacts strategic approaches and leverages relationships that manages, improves and aligns Takeda’s demand forecasting process, methods and actions
- Overall coordination of digitial initiatives involving SC employees, driving resource Planning, identifying bottle neck resources
- Consult & support the local sites to shape the SC digital strategy in-line with global and Small Molecules SC strategy and GSC
- Coordinate global SC digital initiatives and Support SC initiatives roll-out to sites (act as Business Partner
- Collaborate with SC IT business partners to identify high added values opportunities and prioritize innovative projects or pilot initiatives.

**Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise**
- Very strong understanding of latest trends in pharmaceutical markets, especially related to patient trends to deduct key requirements for Supply Chain strategy and technology/IT solutions
- Knowledge and experience of supply chain and supplier relationship management
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes & functions
- Knowledge of Takeda strategy and business performance and using that information to anticipate process needs
- Knowledge of existing global SC projects, initiatives and tools
- Understanding of 3-5 years strategy and ability for strategic prioritization
- Definition and evaluation of scenarios
- Knowledge of E2E SC processes, SM OpUproducts, SC footprint, sites technologies
