**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Sie sind verantwortlich für Finanzen in der Schweiz & Japan (inkl. Abschlüsse, Controlling, etc.).
- Sie entwickeln und setzen strategische Finanzpläne, Budgets und Prognosen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Führungsteam um.
- Sie führen und managen die Controlling
- und Finanzteams, um einen reibungslosen und effizienten Finanzbetrieb sicherzustellen.
- Sie überwachen und optimieren das Umlaufvermögen, den Cashflow und die Kostenkontrolle.
- Sie sichern die Einhaltung der Finanzvorschriften und -standards.
- Sie arbeiten mit Abteilungen im gesamten Unternehmen zur Unterstützung von Wachstums
- und Kosteneffizienzinitiativen zusammen.
- Sie leiten und fördern die berufliche Entwicklung Ihrer Controlling
- und Finanzteams, um ihre Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten weiterzuentwickeln.
- Sie sind maßgeblich an der Identifizierung von finanziellen Risiken und Chancen beteiligt und entwickeln entsprechende Strategien zur Risikominderung und zur Nutzung von Chancen.
- Sie sind der Hauptansprechpartner für externe Finanzprüfungen und Audits und stellen sicher, dass alle erforderlichen Unterlagen und Informationen bereitgestellt werden.

**Deine Skills**:

- Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office-Pakets, insbesondere von MS Excel.
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem börsennotierten Unternehmen.
- Sie besitzen Grundkenntnisse der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS).
- Sie beherrschen verhandlungssicheres Japanisch und Deutsch oder Englisch.
- Sie haben eine Bachelor/Master of Business Administration oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Finanzen.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit zur Interpretation von Finanzdaten aus.
- Sie verfügen über SAP-Kenntnisse (mindestens FI/CO-Modul).
- Sie haben eine nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Finanzstrategien, um Geschäftsziele zu erreichen.
- Sie besitzen ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und können komplexe Finanzinformationen verständlich und überzeugend präsentieren.
