**Role**

We currently have an opportunity for a Human Resources Intern to join our Corporate Human Resources team based in our Head Office in Zug. Initially this will be an internship until the end of 2025.

The Corporate Human Resources Intern will assist with the daily operations of Aman Corporate Human Resources across multiple global Corporate Office locations. This internship offers hands-on experience in Human Resources administration by supporting various tasks throughout the entire employee life cycle, with a particular focus on Human Resources administrative processes. You will have the opportunity to engage with employee relations activities and Human Resources systems, contributing to the efficient functioning of Human Resources operations under the mentorship of experienced Human Resources professionals.

Your contributions will directly impact our ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring that our colleagues remain a cornerstone of our success.

**Responsibilities**
- Draft and prepare employment contracts for new employees.
- Support the preparation of Human Resources documentation, including amendments, reference letters, confirmations of employment, and resignation acknowledgments.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team in daily tasks and projects.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labour laws.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and Human Resources systems.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of onboarding activities and offboarding processes.
- Always ensure strict confidentiality of all employee data and sensitive Human Resources information.
- Participate in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and gifts.
- Help gather and prepare reports or data related to Human Resources metrics and employee statistics.

**Job Requirements**

We are seeking an individual who is genuinely enthusiastic about Human Resources administration, with a strong commitment to delivering high quality, accurate work.
- Recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in administrative or people-focused roles and hospitality experience is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the Human Resources field.
- Basic understanding of Human Resources principles, practices. An awareness of employment laws is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Exposure to Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and able to work autonomously.
- A positive team player and show a willingness to go the extra mile for our colleagues.
