clients in a modern corporate culture. To support our firm’s Capital Advisory business, we are looking
for a
Corporate Finance Intern (3-6 months)
**Key responsibilities**:
- Supporting the capital raising and transaction processes in preparing investment memoranda,
management presentations and closing documentation
- Researching industries and companies in order to produce qualitative & quantitative analysis of
companies
- Preparation of investor reporting & marketing materials on demand
**Your skills, knowledge and experience**:
achievement and a documented interest in finance
- Strong working knowledge of written and spoken English
- Fluency in German as a very strong asset
- Strong quantitative and technical skills
- Drive, enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong personal integrity and leadership potential
- Prior internship experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance or venture
capital is an asset
- Valid Swiss work permit
