For our Swiss Affiliate we are recruiting for an
**Intern Digital Communication and Project Management (12 months)**
**About the role**
The Intern Digital Communication and Project Management is responsible for driving and implementing local digital communication initiatives and project management in general at the Swiss Affiliate level. Key accountabilities and responsibilities include:
- Support, coordinate and executing Digital/Omnichannel communication initiatives allocated by the Affiliate Management Team in the framework of external and internal requirements/regulations.
- Coordinating and execute Affiliate cross functional events, projects, and internal initiatives in close collaboration with the Leadership team and Corporate Affairs.
**What You’ll Do**
- Digital communication initiatives support / coordination / execute
- Social Media plan and realize integrated campaigns in collaboration with the brand teams
- Third Party development to establish robust and sustainable use of Social Media / Omnichannel including ensuring compliance within Affiliate
- Check and revise documents/ ad’s, etc. upon analysis of analytical data (campaign performances)
- Coordinate the dissemination of the scientific and commercial information to the media and the public (e.g. website, social media, organization of documentation and presentations to the media, press, and public)
- Asses needs and define Customer Channel report with business partners
- Collaborate and coordinate closely with Sr Mgr Multi-Channel Excellence and Mrg. Corporate Affairs
- Project Management in general support / coordination / execute
- Affiliate events and cross functional projects such as internal conferences and external congresses
- Awareness campaigns of the different therapeutic areas and related advocacy topics: MS (e.g., World MS Day), SMA (rare disease), Alzheimer’s Disease, patient/caregiver advocacy (e.g., Family Caregivers Awareness Day) and pipeline; drive media coverage around key milestones
- Internal communication campaigns to foster employee engagement among other things by developing an editorial plan and creating regular content for the intranet, preparing internal communications, and supporting internal events.
- Support Corporate Affairs by leveraging multiple channels - including general media, medical and industry press, social media and owned corporate materials to increase visibility and reach target audiences. Support the re-design of the local corporate website in close collaboration with internal (local and regional teams) and external (agency) partners.
- Support in preparing presentations for local, regional and global audience
**Qualifications**:
- Good understanding of all aspects of digital communications and social media and be able to keep up to date with new developments as they happen.
- Experience in project management
- Experience as writer in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry beneficial
- Ability to interpret and summarize complex data in a clear, logical, and concise manner
- A proactive ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to work according to tight timelines and to prioritize workload, whilst concentrating on delivery and adding value
- Excellent personal organizational, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and consistency
- Native-level written and spoken German; advanced written and spoken English, French and Italian skills would be advantageous
