**LOCATION**

This position is located at our corporate office in Baar, Switzerland.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our diverse corporate team in Aman’s head office in Baar, Switzerland. You will be exposed to the exciting world of international luxury hospitality providing hands-on project management support in the area of Spa, Health and Wellness. You will be working closely with our Global Head of Health & Wellness Development where you are encouraged to contribute your own ideas. With a positive mindset and a high degree of self-motivation and independence, you are the sought-after member for our team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Contribute to the conceptualization of Aman’s wellness development projects, information deck and project overviews
- Manage pre-opening projects’ operating system environments (OSE) as well as furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E) including scheduling
- Develop pre-opening wellness setup together with the Global Head of Health & Wellness Development
- Assist in generating and analyzing a project’s financial proforma and return on investment plans
- Manage the corporate pre-opening project smart sheet folder (Wellness department)
- Research wellness industry trends and competitive sets
- Help in creating Aman’s wellness development guidelines
- Work closely with corporate and property operation teams
- Correspond with vendors and keep information up-to-date and organized
- Support the Global Head of Health and Wellness Development in day-to day administrative duties including coordination of meetings, travel scheduling and expense claims; create and manage departmental filing system

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or hospitality/tourism
- You have ideally already gained initial experience hospitality-related project management
- You understand hotel and spa business strategies, financial analysis, marketing planning
- You are fluent in English. You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- You possess strong organizational skills and have a structured working style
- You have good analytical and technical skills and very good knowledge of MS Office; prior experience using Smartsheet is a plus
- You feel comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with very good time management, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient
- Good communicator - ability to work across departments and over different time zones
