Purpose of the Role

Support Fusion’s internal development in Project & Program Management, PMO methodology, Data/AI topics, and strategy work. The role is **non-client-facing** and focused on internal frameworks, reporting, and capability building.

Key Responsibilities
- Support internal PMO/Project Management activities (reporting, dashboards, process documentation).
- Co-develop and maintain internal toolkits, playbooks, and knowledge materials.
- Research & analyze strategic topics (AI, Data, PM/PMO transformation) and prepare management summaries.
- Collaborate with mentors/practice leads on internal improvement initiatives and presentations.
- Participate in team meetings/workshops; prepare a **final presentation** of results & recommendations.

Key Learning Areas
- PMO frameworks & lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, PMaaS).
- Integration of **Data/AI** in project & portfolio management.
- Internal governance, steering & reporting structures.
- Strategic & operational enablement in a consulting context.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s student (Business, IT, Engineering or related).
- Strong analytical, organizational & communication skills.
- Good MS Office skills; Power BI (or similar) a plus.
- Proactive, curious, structured; excellent English (German beneficial).
