**What it's about**

We are seeking a 6-month intern to join our growing Private Equity Directs Technology team (located in Zug, Switzerland), with an expected start date in September 2025 or October 2025 (flexible start date).

The Private Equity Internship is an opportunity for a young professional with top credentials to launch into a career with a world-leading Private Equity buyout manager and join their investment team. As part of this internship, you will support the Technology Private Equity buyout team on all aspects related to sourcing and execution of private equity investments and portfolio management:

- Assessing and valuing prospective investment opportunities
- Modeling business plans, LBO structures and investment returns
- Participating actively in due diligence workstreams on prospective investments (e.g. financial, commercial, tax and legal due diligence)
- Drafting internal investment recommendation documents
- Conducting various other tasks related to deal sourcing, market research, product reporting and marketing

**What we expect**
- Top performing students in the final phase of their study or who recently graduated from a top university
- Initial experience in Private Equity, M&A, Strategy Consulting, Leveraged Finance or Transaction Services
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail and a strong desire to learn and succeed
- Excellent teamwork skills within international settings
- Ability to complete projects on time and accurately and to multi-task
- Proficiency across Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
