**Vacancy**:Vice President Human Resources (f/m/x)**:

- We are looking for a Vice President Human Resources (f/m/x) to start immediately. Our client is a Swiss based investment boutique focusing on attractive niches of the secondary market as well as on high-quality investment solutions. Furthermore, our client is advisor to five of its secondary funds with a total volume of more than 3.3 billion Euro and has closed each of the last five funds at the hard cap. The last fund OSP V held its final close in 2020 including over 40 institutional investors. Our client is the leading investor for specific niche strategies in the secondary market and for selective high quality primary mandates. Their aim is to offer outstanding investment solutions with earlier liquidity than other private equity investments and with an attractive risk-return profile. The firms senior team has a track record of managing capital for and advising institutional clients around the globe ranging from the largest and most experienced private equity investors to mid-sized and small institutions.

The holder of this exciting position should contribute to the firms continuous growth and institutionalisation. Further the development of the firm's HR processes and practices. Contribute to the firms culture development including management of internal HR communication. Furthermore the VP HR is responsible for all HR-relevant internal and external processes such as but not limited to employee life cycle, recruiting and performance processes, and to ensure the company operates in line with international best practice and local employment legislation.

You have the opportunity to work in the position partially ~60% from your home office.

**Your Responsibilities as** Vice President Human Resources (f/m/x)**
- Responsible for HR Budget and support of staff planning process, oversee payroll (outsourced)
- Ensure full documentation and compliance with data protection and labour law regulations
- Talent Management: responsible for all recruiting activities and employee life-cycle management; contribute to employee success by making recommendations to senior leadership on employee and management training, development and retention as needed
- Performance Management: owner of performance and development management process (including ongoing process development, implementation and employee training), support line managers in preparation and delivery of performance discussions and in employee relations as needed.
- Drive digital transformation and further leverage HR system (Personio)
- Drive ad-hoc HR initiatives and projects as required
- Support office opening in other jurisdictions in all HR aspects (staffing, labour law questions, employment contract, work visas, benefits and social insurance plans)
- Produce and provide HR and workforce reporting as required
- Ensure effective coordination with shareholder (PGIM) HR function

**Your Qualification and Skills**
- Personalleiter (preferred), HR-Fachmann or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management
- 6 -10 year HR related experience in a financial institution is mandatory
- Professional English fluency (main working language); German strongly preferred
- Understanding of private markets and private equity is important to fulfil this role
- Experience in compensation scheme setting and international placement frameworks is a plus
- Excellent communicational and interpersonal skills, ability to balance efficient and effective communication with tact and diplomacy
- Proven ability to design and implement HR processes
- Strong affinity for technology (e.g. independent use of HR software)
- Entrepreneurial, result-oriented, pragmatic, team player
- Strong prioritization, analytical and problem-solving skills as well as client focused and detail orientation
