In rund 45 Ländern ist S-GE mit eigenen Teams vertreten, den Swiss Business Hubs (SBH), welche in die diplomatischen Vertretungen des Eidgenössischen Departements für auswärtige Angelegenheiten (EDA) integriert sind.

Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung an unserem Standort in **Zürich **eine/n **ExportHelp Project Coordinator, 40%**.

Deine Aufgaben
- Du bist eine der administrativen Unterstützungen unserer Directors Regional Consultants bei Evaluationen, Reports etc.
- Du bist verantwortlich für allgemeine CRM-Aufgaben wie Leadbearbeitungen, Leadzuweisungen, Datenbereinigung, etc.
- Mitverantwortlich für die lückenlose und saubere Dokumentation im CRM
- Du unterstützest dein Team und den Leiter ExportHelp bei Eventerfassung, Teilnehmermanagement, etc.
- Teilnahme an den wöchentlichen ExportHelp-Teammeetings
- Mitwirkung bei der stetigen Prozessoptimierung sowie Übernahme von teaminternen Stellvertretungsaufgaben

Dein Profil
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung und einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Verkauf, Verkaufssupport oder Verkaufsinnendienst
- Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse in Wort
- und Schrift (C2) sowie stilsichere Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1), Kenntnisse in Französisch und Italienisch von Vorteil
- Flexible, ausdauernde und belastbare Persönlichkeit, die gerne im Team aber auch selbstständig arbeitet und in hektischen Zeiten einen kühlen Kopf bewahrt
- Hohes Dienstleistungsverständnis, hohe Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative
- Interkulturelle Kompetenz, vernetztes Denken und Organisationstalent
