This role will collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners with lots of project and stakeholder management involvement. There are over 150 PureGym sites in Switzerland, with more to come soon, and this role will predominantly be working across the projects to investing in our current portfolio including replacements, modernisation and projects to defend against competition. This role will also work across managing the closure of sites, working with the landlords, cleaners and movers. Day-to-day, you can expect to: Plan: · Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. · Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project goals and success criteria. · Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. architects, design managers, marketing) and external partners (e.g. equipment suppliers, contractors) to plan and execute investment workstreams and projects. Monitor: · Lead the execution of investment initiatives, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines. · Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and pro-actively address issues to keep projects on track. · Provide regular updates to the Senior Investment Delivery Manager and Pipeline Coordinator on progress, date changes and risks. · Implement effective project governance and control mechanisms. Manage stakeholders: · Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including gym management teams. · Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders regularly. · Resolve conflicts and ensure alignment of project goals with stakeholder expectations. Allocate resources: · Work closely with the Pipeline Coordinator to allocate necessary resources for project execution. · Optimize resource utilisation and ensure efficient deployment throughout the project life cycle. Quality Assurance: · Implement quality control measures (e.g. Fit2Relaunch) to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and enhance the member experience. The Person We're looking for someone who has project management experience and who can easily manage multiple projects without compromising on quality. Of course, we'll also need you to be passionate about PureGym and what we offer as a business. You don't necessarily need to have worked in gym/fitness beforehand but you'll need to get up to speed very quickly with all things gym operations, equipment and industry trends. We'll also need you to demonstrate that you: · Can challenge and influence at a senior level. · Fluent in Swiss German and English. · Can articulate your point of view in a concise and informative manner, both verbally and written. · Have a strong eye for detail and seek to utilise data to support their decision making and suggestions. · Have exceptional communication skills and can adapt your approach depending on the audience. · Thrive working at pace with tight deadlines to manage. · Are enthusiastic about frequent travel, including overnight stays in various locations.
