Junior Graphic Designer

Main responsibilities and duties:
- Design consistent high-quality print and digital collateral following brand standards
- Assist with artistic direction for visual assets (layouts, photos and videos)
- Review final proofs for all print materials for accuracy and high quality. Provide feedback and guidance to the hotels where needed
- Assist with the design of graphic elements for print and digital publications
- Provide support with the enhancement and maintenance of the Corporate Identity and Brand Guidelines
- Support the Art Director with the organisation and roll-out of photo
- and videoshoots

- Maintain and enhance digital asset libraries (Design template library, photo & video library)
- Assist with the ongoing enhancement of the various websites of the Kempinski Group
- Develop posters, signage, and graphics for our internal communication.
- Design of dynamic social media content, such as animations, videos, infographics, IG carousel
- posts and other social media assets
- Generate clear ideas and concepts under the guidance of the Art Director
Desired skills and qualifications:
- At least 6 months of work or internship experience in the field of Graphic Design
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a focus in graphic design, fine arts, or similar disciplines
- Excellent skills in Adobe CS programs, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, XD, Lightroom and/or Camera Raw
- Strong typography skills
- Fundamental knowledge of photography and videography
- Strong knowledge of prepress processes and requirements
- Strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to responsibly manage several projects in parallel
- Ability to work on projects from concept to final execution within deadlines
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of French or German is a plus
- Valid working permit in Switzerland, Swiss or EU citizenship
