As a Business Development Manager, your missions will focus on: - Defining the commercial strategy of your business unit (identifying new customers and develop the existing customer base), - Identifying and recruiting the best engineering talents on the market - Participating in the development of our portfolio of services, - Managing your own customer portfolio (Business Development), - Building and strengthen your team of experts, - Managing your own team of consultants (technical follow-up, career development, daily support), **WHAT WE OFFER**: - Friendly and nice working environment, - Full flexitime in your organization, autonomous way of working - Home-office policy, - A company car, - An uncapped salary scheme, - A strong social benefit scheme, - A non KPI driven company culture but based on trust and confidence, - A flat hierarchical organization, **REQUIREMENTS**: - Master’s degree in Life sciences disciplines OR Engineering degree OR Business Administration - You bring experience in **human resources services, as recruiter, HR dispatcher or technical recruiter **with you - You are someone autonomous, goal oriented, persuasive with a "can do" attitude - Strong understanding of Life Science industries (pharma / biotech / medical devices) - Keen interest in active business development (portfolio increase) - Be able to maintain business relationships up to C Level - Professional experience, ideally in business engineering or coordination of technical projects - Corporate entrepreneurship spirit - You have a proven track record of closing new business opportunities - You are **fluent in English, German and French** are a real plus **- **Interested?
