- Du arbeitest aktiv in Vorhaben zur **Digitalisierung **im **Multikanalumfeld **mit, verbunden mit dem kulturellen Wandel.
- Du erkennst neue **Trends **und **Methoden **und setzt sie um.
- Du als** Business Development Manager **unterstützt die Organisation bei der **Weiterentwicklung **von agilen **Methoden**.

**Deine Skills**:

- Du hast einen **Universitäts**:

- oder **Fachhochschulabschluss** im Bereich Wirtschaft, Informatik oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet.
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige **Berufserfahrung **in der Konzeptentwicklung und -umsetzung von Geschäftsmodellen.
- Du als** Business Development Manager **hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der **Durchführung **von **Transformationsprojekten**.
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit **agilen Methoden** mit.
- Du besitzt eine hohe Affinität zur **Digitalisierung**.
