The Manager, Business Development CDMO is responsible for driving growth and expanding the company's Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) services by identifying, securing, and managing strategic business opportunities. This role entails fostering relationships with key clients, analyzing market trends, and aligning customer needs with the organization’s capabilities to deliver tailored solutions. The Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute targeted business strategies, ensuring revenue growth and long-term partnerships in the exciting chemical CDMO space targeting customers in the agrochemicals, nutritional, pharma and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities:
- Creates and executes comprehensive business development plans to target and secure new opportunities in the CDMO market, driving revenue growth and aligning with the organization's strategic goals.- Cultivates strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a trusted partner to understand their needs and align them with the company's service offerings.- Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, potential customers, and strategic opportunities in the CDMO space.- Leads the end-to-end sales process, including preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.- Works closely with internal departments such as TED, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with client expectations.- Tracks and reports key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development activities and recommend improvements.- Prepares and delivers compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients, showcasing the company's value proposition and expertise.- Identifies and evaluates potential partnerships, alliances, and collaborations that can expand the company’s reach and service capabilities.

- Quickly grasps complex technical concepts related to CDMO services, regulatory environments, and client-specific needs.- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.- Excels in building trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to foster long-term collaboration.- Skilled in high-stakes negotiations, achieving win-win outcomes in pricing, contracts, and project agreements.
