**What You’ll Do**

This position is part of the Global Quality Management team, based in Kaiseraugst, CH.

You will be responsible for leading an efficient and effective Supplier Management Process (Supplier Qualification and Supplier Auditing) and ensure compliance with external and internal requirements.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Implementation and further improvement of an efficient supplier qualification management
- Coordinate the SQM process on global level ensuring that customer and regulatory requirements as well internal Quality and GMP standards are fulfilled.
- Maintain and further develop the SQM module in Trackwise and give support/training for a proper usage
- Implementation and improvement of an efficient supplier auditing system including a sufficiently trained supplier auditor pool.
- Manage audit planning, execution and reporting together with auditor team
- Ensuring continuous improvement support & guidance to all relevant sites
- Contribute to the regular Quality reporting and further development of it
- Coordinates product recalls as Recall Coordinator supporting the Global Process Owner for Recall Process
- Act as Lead auditor (internal & supplier audits)

**You Bring**
- MSc in Science or equivalent qualification or long-term technical expertise (5 -10 years) with background in Life Science
- Superior Knowledge in Quality Management requirements for Life Science Industry globally.
- Strong business orientation (mitigating risks, enabling opportunities)
- Understanding customer requirements originating from feed, food, pharma and cosmetics markets and translation into reasonable action.
- Very good organizational skills, systematic approach, conceptually strong
- Strong IT affinity and know how
- Experience to work and communicate with diverse and cross-functional teams, internally and externally.
- Experience in analysis laboratory/analytical chemistry and/or manufacturing
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in English, other languages are assets
