**CONTEXT**

The Richemont Transformation Office (TO) is responsible for leading the overall group transformation programs, monitoring compliance of group transformation according to CFR Board mandate and decisions, and driving internal & change management project and programs. In this position your role will be to **support the Group transformation team and** **projects**, reporting to the TO Senior Project Manager Leads. It will involve working transversally across the Group and between different departments.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

Support Transformation Office Team
- Assist the TO team with coordinating meetings and workshops
- Participating and preparing meetings
- Following up and chasing information
- Researching and analysing data and results
- Monitoring and processing database admin tasks and liaising with stakeholders on key projects

**WHAT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS DO YOU NEED?**
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- You possess a client centered mindset
- An ability learn fast and adapt
- Good communications and presentation skills
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of another language will be a plus.
