**CONTEXT**

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

As part of the Group Distribution performance team, your main responsibility is to providing the Maisons with precise and relevant analysis of their data and performance as well as key reports for the Group’s top management. Tasks will consist of:
**Analysis & Reporting**
- **Data Gathering**: Prepare data extractions and enhance/optimize in-place processes.
- **Data Quality**: Assist the team in putting in place processes and tools to monitor and analyse data accuracy and consistency (network, sell-out, stock)
- **Reporting**: Preparation of monthly global dashboards for top level management
- **Ad-hoc analysis**:Provide analysis on group and industry trends relative to sales/stock/network and any topic relevant for the follow-up of the performance

**Coordination & Organization**
- Support the team with overall organization tasks and coordination with other stakeholders
- Preparation of presentation support and documents
- Coordinate monthly community calls
- Coordinate publication of content on corporate social media

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**

Diplomas: Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics, Engineering, Data Science or similar

Behavioral and other Skills:

- Strong analytical skills: ability to collect, organize, analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Data Visualization solutions (SAP Analytics Cloud or Microsoft Power BI)
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Diplomatic, service and result oriented
- Entrepreneurial, innovative and team oriented
- Problem-solving mindset

Languages:

- Bi-lingual English / French
