Richemont is looking for an experienced leader and a strong & skilled collaborator who is enthusiastic about contributing to the transformation of our HR function. You will support our evolving global people & organization strategy and accelerate our ability to unlock the power of data and analytics to reveal people insights that improve business results and our colleagues experience working for Richemont.
In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming HR into a data driven function & improving the management of our most important asset, OUR people. Shepherd the transition from delivering data & reporting to delivering analysis & insights, while fostering an HR data community that is embedded in the whole organization.
Reporting to the Group HR Organization & Operations Director, you will drive the vision and strategy to realize actionable insights from data that uncover opportunities and inform critical business decisions impacting short and long-term strategies. You will lead and develop a team of data experts who are passionate about leveraging their expertise to find insights that add business value and drive better people experience outcomes, while making data easier to access and consume.
As a strong people leader and data whisperer, you thrive on thinking big and using data to guide your team's work priorities and outcomes. You are adept at artfully challenging conventional narratives, as you lead our shift from data collection and reporting toward evidence-based research and data insights.
**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
As our Group People Insights Director, you will contribute to crafting our future by setting the vision and being accountable for the impact of the people insights team. You will position the team as a strategic partner that can provide data-driven insights to guide our business and people strategy. You will
- Define our people data and insights strategy and roadmap, including business intelligence, data warehousing and data visualization standards as well as appropriate benchmarking strategies
- Provide thought leadership and direction for people analytics covering the full employee lifecycle, from sourcing to retention, development, organizational health, and culture
- Collaborate and influence multiple internal and external partners to ensure data strategy objectives are achieved and enable the discovery of insights that drive business actions
- Develop data reporting and dashboard strategies for our executives, people leaders and HR community to scale analytics and democratize data and insights across the organization
- Develop people predictive analytics to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in data, as well as factors that could affect the results of research, and translate data and trends into strategies and stories to achieve business objectives
- Analyse the effectiveness of our workforce strategies (e.g., talent, /development, compensation, D,E & I, performance, etc.), in partnership with our HR leadership community, and clearly communicate and influence leaders on findings and recommendations
- Partner closely with Group HR Technology and Group Data teams to leverage our data collection, retention and reporting technologies to enable the people insights team and data insights strategies
- Provide guidance and training on the use and interpretation of data insights within the organization
- Guide, coach and develop a high performing team over time. For now, you will be doing lots of hands-on, detailed work to develop strategies and get our data working for us.
**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?**
You will be successful on our journey if you have an PhD or Ms in Stats, Math, Comp Sci, Engineering, Economics, Psychology, Quantitative Social Science, or equivalent and a sounded experience of 10 years within the people data analysis field or discipline, paired with strong interest in behavioural science and a demonstrated people management experience.
