**Group Talent** Project Manager**

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

As an integral member of the Group Talent team, managing strategic projects and programs in line with the Group Talent and HR strategy across the Group. You will also support and monitor talent pipelines across the organization to address current and future talent needs.

You will report to the Group Talent Management Director and collaborate with the Group Talent team, the global Talent community, Group HR team and the Central Functions HR team.

Your key accountabilities will include:
**Talent Projects**
- Manage strategic Group Talent projects and programs in line with Group Talent strategy (e.g. Skills, Talent Market Place)
- Coordinate communication plan, implementation and support change management to secure projects successes
- Contribute to the overall progress of the Talent function with an inclusive, proactive and collaborative approach
- Work closely with other Group HR functions on common strategic projects
- Support innovation and improvement mindset to evolve out talent management practices thanks to insights and market best practices
- Use talent data and workforce analytics as base for Talent decisions

**Talent Pipelines**
- Support, manage and monitor diverse talent pools and facilitate internal mobility
- Contribute on talent initiatives for specific populations to accelerate where needed
- Support and follow up on Talent processes

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?**

You have a significant international HR experience, ideally in the following practices: Talent Management, Talent Assessment and Development, HR Business Partnering, Organization Development.

You are an experienced and highly professional individual with the below skills:

- Strong interpersonal skills, relationship building
- Strong in stakeholder management and project management skill
- Digital savvy to leverage technology to increase the impact of the Talent function
- Data savvy to use analytics as base for talent decisions
- Results oriented and flexible
- At ease in matrix organization and strong ability in navigating in complex, fast paced, diverse & challenging environments
- Strategic thinking and long term view combined with operational excellence
- Open, creative, positive
- Global mindset and experience
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
- Master Office 365 suite
