At the same time, we are committed to innovation and designing new products which are in keeping with our Maisons’ values, through a process of continuous creativity **HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?** You will coordinate, support and advise all the F&A/SWM’s Maisons in the development and implementation of their Retail concepts, ensuring brand consistency/alignment and developing process improvements (Budget, Procurement, Maintenance,). A specific attention to financial topics is required. You will also liaise with the Leasing Department on common Real Estate projects, with the aim to ensure the right space organization when several Maisons are involved and anticipate any Retail Architectural topics with regards to the lease negotiation with the Landlords. You will be in charge of a regular basis reporting at the senior management level, including Watches & Wonders stores, pop-up openings, final costs, design and construction timeline. In order to keep the momentum going, you will animate the Watches & Wonders Maison’s’ Store Planners community through regular sharing and learning from best and innovative practices. This position requires a clear vision, strong team leadership and influencing capabilities with internal and external partners, all in the support of delivering best-in-class luxury retail stores. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Strategic approach to improve organization efficiency (Region/Brand’s HQ /Real Estate) - Establish and maintain a clear and efficient communication process with the Maisons, the Group Real Estate and the Richemont Group senior management regarding store openings, retail concepts, budgets and processes - Work in partnership with the Maisons’s SDP teams to achieve retail projects within budget and respecting timing. Specific attention on cost & time to build to avoid overrun. - Collaborate with the different Richemont entities involved in retail operations (i.e. R&D, Finance, IT, Legal, Procurement etc.) - Develop relationships and processes with key vendors (architects, general contractors, consultants, etc.) to leverage Group’s retail activities - Reach the group objectives in terms of cost management through a global negotiation with the key vendors and explore new opportunities in the Regions - Prepare and design inter Brands project for new retail locations - Communicate effectively and report to Senior management on existing stores’ performance in terms of image and costs strategies for the Maisons - Build, maintain and update the Watches & Wonders Maisons’ Retail architecture database **HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?** You have: - At least 10 years of Expertise in Retail construction project management, including experience in Luxury Retail - Strong organizational, leadership and influencing skills - Proven contract negotiation skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical abilities - Ability to interface with multiple internal and external partners at Senior Management level - Ability to travel 30% of the time, or as needed - Fluent in English and French **HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?** - You will join a friendly and dynamic team within our Group Headquarter - Entrepreneurship, trust, integrity and agile learning are part of our great team spirit - You will interact with several stakeholders across functions and countries - Our office will allow you to evolve in a modern and pleasant environment **YOUR JOURNEY WITH US** ? - If successful, you will first meet with our Group Architecture & Construction Director, then with our Group Real Estate Director and finally one of our HR colleagues. - As a final step, hopefully we can deliver some good news and greet you as our new colleague Richemont #WeCraftTheFuture - CONNECT WITH US**Quick links**: - Our History - Home Page
