**CONTEXT**

Richemont Regional Functions (RRF) has been established to partner with Maisons in all geographies where we have large commercial activities, to enable their go-to-market and distribution strategies and facilitate the growth of their brand equity and the quality of their client experience, while developing a people-centric culture.

Having established the foundation to be transformational business partners in all regions and markets, through proximity with our Maisons and a client-centric mindset, empowered our RRF colleagues to adapt our structures and developed a connected community across the world, the focus is now to evolve our approach and organization in our regions, to better serve our clients and develop and engage our employees through the leverage of technology.

The Group Regions team accompanies this evolution and works on our future regional set-up, organization and processes with our Regions and Market leaders, to foster agility and speed. The team also ensures the continuous strengthening of our business proximity with Maisons, the coordination of projects and activities across Regions and with Group Functions, and the development of a stronger regional community.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

Working under the direction of the Regions Organization & Transformation Director, the Regional initiatives coordinator will actively animate our RRF community to celebrate our successes, share our purpose and objectives, and cultivate belonging to our community:

- Build and own the yearly Group Regions communication plan and animate the Regional internal communication communities.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver high quality events along the year with the RRF community.
- Coordinate market visits of the Group Regions CEO and her team.
- Build and maintain the Group Regions knowledge hub.

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?**

The Regional Initiatives Coordinator will be based at our beautiful offices in Bellevue, Switzerland, and will act as a key member of the Group Regions team.
- Excellent knowledge of internal communication (from content creation to planning, tools and techniques)
- Drive and leadership capacity, with a results oriented and continuous improvement mindset
- Strong project coordination and management skills, with an ability to manager senior stakeholders
- Strong business acumen
