**CONTEXT**

Within an international and multi-branded environment, Group Security’s mission is to drive long-term business growth by providing visibility of threats and opportunities as well as protect people and business operations in an antifragile manner.

The Group Security department currently has an opening for an internship with the Security Risk & Compliance team. As a global organization, we have a very large amount of rules and processes to ensure our people, our assets and the environment are well protected, but they can easily become too burdensome. As part of a strategic department project, this intern role will help to make those rules and process more accessible and actionable through advanced content management strategies.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
You will work with talented multidisciplinary colleagues centrally to produce security related content for our knowledge management base.
- You will work on various projects related to security related content development, knowledge management and translations
- You will collaborate with various stakeholders to create and manage different types of documents and communications
- You will prepare content for translation using our internal term base and translation memory
- You will work on identifying new features and improve the user experience (UX) based on analytics and feedback

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?**
- You are able to research, collate and summarize information from different sources.
- You have a “can do” attitude. You are efficient in managing projects and have a good ability to solve problems.
- You have a good team spirit, you are proactive, dynamic and like challenges
- You are quality-driven and pay attention to details to ensure the best quality.
- You are adaptable, you need to be fast but flexible and able to easily change directions to keep up with shifting priorities.
- You have a high level of fluency in English and French.

To reach success you will need to be technically savvy and be comfortable using various technical tools, if you have experience with Content Management Systems and Google Analytics that is a plus.
