**MAIN PURPOSE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the Human Rights & Business Specialist in daily tasks
- Help organizing the Human Rights Working Group meetings
- Establish Human Rights training content for various stakeholders
- Support establishment of Group Human Rights Due Diligence (DD) action plan
- Support Human Rights Due Diligence tools development
- Establish minimum reporting framework proposal on Human Rights DD
- Liase with internal stakeholders on Human Rights questions

**PROFILE**

- Fluent in French, excellent knowledge of English
- University Graduate in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights
- Detailed oriented and good time management skills
- Knowledge of UNGP, OECD Due Diligence for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas, Swiss Counterproposal of Responsible Business Initiative, etc.
- Good project management skills
- Good IT skills (Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Word etc)
- Proactivity and flexibility
- Previous working experience in Human Rights & Business is an advantage
- Ability to deal with people from multicultural environment
