This is a unique opportunity to join our People experience team, with a particular focus on learning and development, culture evolution & work transformation to support us in enhancing our employee journey through L&D. This role is instrumental in creating, defining, measuring, and delivering our ambition for our people at Richemont, and supporting our efforts towards being a great place to work and an employer of choice. As a member of the People Experience team, the role holder will support the People Experience Director.
As a corporate role within a Group function, this role oversees strategic approaches and develops key stakeholder relationships within the business and beyond. The role holder will be required to liaise with internal business leaders, partner with senior HR figures to ensure the overall learning and development approach is in line with the broader business strategy. Within the People experience team, this role manages a roster of direct reports, each highly skilled in Learning & Development.
**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT ?**
As part of the Group People Experience team, your main responsibility is to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the Richemont experience, enabling us to bring our People vision to life. Through L&D our ambition is to connect our people to our organization (who we are) to enhance a sense of belonging and pride, to share about our ambitions (where we are going) to foster participation and engagement, and to help our people to seize their development so that they can grow with us.
Responsible for employee growth, you will help design our learning experience of the future, in relation to our talented team and our key stakeholders, and identify and source the best opportunities for us.
**L&D vision**:
- Diagnosis strengths and opportunities across our L&D ecosystem and current experience, in relation to our talent ambitions. Understand trends and evolution of the learning environment and leverage those insights to inform recommendations on how to improve our L&D experience, and anticipate our evolving employee's needs (upskilling strategy, focus on new generations)
- Develop an approach and strategy for Richemont Learning & Development, in relation to our HR vision and our business transformation needs, and stimulate the conversation with our Maisons and Regions
- Support the implementation of the strategy, including stakeholder influencing and communication initiatives to engage our people
- Prioritize the needs, and monitor the progress (KPIs)
- Provide best practices and trends on L&D and share these with our organization, leveraging on those insights to help shape our future organization
**Digital Learning & Learning Innovation**:
- Build up our L&D ecosystem in relation to our strategy, with a people-centric approach, to help connect L&D to talent, mobility and reward
- Carry out and pilot initiatives to test and try, with the ambition to scale and become agile
- Be at the forefront of learning innovation to propose emerging and disruptive learning modalities or experiences
- Committed to advance L&D across the organization
**Organisation Culture & Values**:
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives.
- Help create a deeper sense of belonging, by connecting our colleagues to our DNA (luxury culture, craftmanship), our values (CSR, Richemont manifesto) and to our strategy (Luxury new Retail)
- Enable our people to come together and gather/ connect through L&D
- Partner with our internal communication team to help define the narrative and amplify the visibility of our initiatives to our employees
- Elevate the L&D Function within the organization, support, partner, guide and champion the internal Learning & Development community of expert

- Listen, challenge, stimulate the team's creativity, to help them push boundaries
- Guide and grow a high performing team, enabling them to continue to do their best work, in relation to our L&D strategy
