- Within an international and multi-branded environment, Group Security’s mission is to drive long-term business growth by providing visibility of threats and opportunities as well as protect people and business operations in an antifragile manner.- The Group Security department currently has an opening for an internship with Security Learning and development team for a 6-months period. The department includes 4 teams covering topics such as cyber security, physical security, health & safety, business continuity and crisis management. These areas are supported by transversal functions such as engagement and training. The intern will be supervised by the Learning & Development, Engagement team.**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- You will work with talented multidisciplinary colleagues on those different tasks:- Production of learning materials (video, audio, tutorial, eLearning, etc.)
Assisting in the creation of engaging blended learning experiences
Provide occasional support on communication publications
Research, and review supplemental learning resources to align with ongoing programs
Supporting analysis of engagement pulse through survey data
Supporting administrative tasks

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE ?**- BA or Master in Learning and Teaching technologies or equivalent
Instructional design and methodology (learning objectives, training scenario, storyboard, etc.)
Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Articulate suite (Storyline / Rise) is a plus
Basics web knowledge (HTML / CSS)
Interest in learning new tools and platforms (SharePoint, LMS, etc.)
Self-driven individual with proven organizational skills
Good writing skills in order to produce high quality content
Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization anywhere in the world
Collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment
English and French mandatory
