**CONTEXT**

Supply Chain is a key driver of our Maisons’ overall performance.
The Supply Chain Solutions Director is responsible for the **development of a Supply Chain competency centre** at the service of the Maisons with the objective to develop and improve the Supply Chain best practices for the Maisons.
The Supply Chain Solutions Director will play a key role in the Richemont Group end-to-end supply chain transformation.

The end-to-end Supply Chain Solutions department is structured in 3 main activities:

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

**END-TO-END SUPPLY CHAIN STRATEGY**
- **SUPPLY CHAIN TRANSFORMATION**:

- Lead Supply Chain transformation projects in close collaboration with the Maisons to ensure agility and ability to provide the best product availability as well as internal client satisfaction.
- Support the Maisons in their definition of the End-to-End Supply Chain strategy and their associated 3-year plan.
- **SUPPLY CHAIN AMBASSADOR**: Act as ambassador of the Richemont Supply Chain Solutions department. Create and foster positive and productive partnerships with stakeholders across the Maisons and the Group.
- **BEST PRACTICES & PROCESSES**: Define & manage the **Supply Chain « best practices »** and ensure its sharing between the Maisons.
- **KPIS & CONTROL**: Define & share metrics to monitor the performance of the Supply Chain of the Maisons. Define Supply Chain Dashboards to implement for each Maison.
- **SUPPLY CHAIN STUDIES**: Provide methodology, tools & expertise to conduct engineering and optimisation studies, on demand from the Maisons Supply Chains or other Group departments (e.g. Worldwide Logistics department)

**INNOVATION**
- Develop a **network and connect with key industry players** in the Supply Chain landscape, including specialised Supply Chain consulting firms, participate in forums and conferences.
- Be up to date on **new trends** and technologies available on the market. Assess new technologies that can contribute to enhancing & transformation of the Group Supply Chain.

**MANAGEMENT**
- **Inspire, lead and develop **a team of experienced Project Managers.
- Animate a **community of Supply Chain professionals** at Maison and Group level to accelerate the co-construction of best practices.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet department productivity and qualitative goals.
- Department management with the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities.

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- You are a **senior supply chain professional** with 15+ years of successful track record in in-house supply chain role or consulting in international matrix environments, with strengths in designing and implementing effective processes, and modern supply chain solutions at global level.
- You are experienced in leading **end-to-end supply chain transformation **programs and driving implementation of supply chain projects and processes.
- You demonstrate **strong leadership and management skills**, including the capacity to articulate a vision, inspire, motivate, and develop talents.
- You have excellent **communication skills **and are capable of animating and influencing demanding stakeholders to foster collaboration, share and implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement. You are service oriented, capable of bringing a strategic vision and hands-on contribution to achieve your goals.
- Experience in luxury / fashion & accessories is a plus.
- You are fluent in English, French is a plus.
