**WE’RE RECRUITING**

Richemont is looking for a **Sourcing Manager (Procurement)**

You report to the Global Procurement Category Manager and support Group Functions, Maisons and Regions to optimize sourcing and supplier management for indirect categories such as Marketing (materials, events, advertising) or Corporate Services (travel, human resources).

**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Contribute to global category management:

- Build-up and provide category intelligence and expertise (industry knowledge, spend and supply chain mapping, risks, supplier base, market, responsible sourcing, benchmarks, templates and best practices).
- Contribute to and implement the category strategy and roadmap with Maisons, Regions and Central Functions.
- Setup and manage preferred suppliers.
- Launch and manage value creation initiatives.
- Monitor, and report performance and progress.

Support and/or coach central functions in their sourcing and supplier management activities, including:

- Define requirements
- Find and qualify suppliers
- Manage tenders
- Negotiate best conditions
- Manage contracts
- Manage supplier relationships, business reviews and continuous improvement

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You are an established and versatile procurement professional with 5+ years of experience in a structured environment, with strong sourcing skills, and ideally benefit from category knowledge of Marketing or Corporate Services.
- You have excellent communication skills and are capable to engage, influence and work with diverse and demanding stakeholders in a challenging, uncertain, and fast-paced environment to build and drive collaborations, foster best practices, and deliver concrete results.
- You are curious and capable to think outside the box to provide creative solutions.
- You are autonomous, structured and have excellent analytical skills.
- You have strong negotiation skills and are capable to engage with different kinds of suppliers or agencies at multiple levels.
- You are fluent in both English and French.
