Our vision is to transform commercial insurance and reimagine customer experience through innovative use of data and technology. We're a "full-stack" innovation team with a broad range of skills covering all aspects of the journey. From defining the innovation strategy to ideating new opportunities, and from designing new business models to implementing the necessary technology & data solutions. **About the role** As interim Head of Innovation Strategy & Delivery you will support the team during the maternity leave of the current position holder. You will take a critical role in advancing our strategic agenda and holding together all the moving parts within our team.- You'll be leading a team of highly skilled people who back our unit in accelerating innovation, managing financials, govern & steer our investment portfolio, and overall executive support. You are also acting as key contact for our business partners in communications and human resources.- You'll be owning and driving key initiatives for the CITO. Examples range from leading task forces on high priority topics such as skills & capability development, evaluation of business opportunities, turnaround of projects in jeopardy, and more- As the key point of contact for other units in the organization you direct requests and issues to the right place or resolve them yourself. You shape the agenda of our team and influence that of others to ensure the priorities of our CITO are well represented.- You will further advance the "new ways of working" together with a team of Agile coaches, improving the supporting processes and frameworks (e.g., portfolio management, budget overview) **About you**- You are energetic, hands-on, with a "can get anything done" attitude- - Your background in consulting, strategy, or similar roles equips you with the skills to lead multiple projects & activities in parallel and connect them to the big picture vision- You can constructively challenge the status quo in an executive/senior management environment- You have experience in leading diverse teams based in multiple locations and excel in supervising, coaching, mentoring, and motivating others- You have an open mind to assimilate new perspectives and actively seek feedback in a team environment- You have excellent English language skills Swiss Re embraces diversity and equal opportunity.
