- Staefa, SwitzerlandChemical Lab Assistant (9 months fix term)**Your tasks**
- Verification of properties and function of materials, components and systems in the product development process of hearing instruments according to specifications and guidelines
- Execution of materials analyses, accelerated ageing tests and failure analyses with chemical and physical test methods to support research, development, reliability and production departments
- Create, complete and maintain test documentation
- Support the chemistry lab team in improving current or developing new test and analysis methods
- Support the chemistry lab with maintenance tasks such as preparation of standard solutions, chemical waste disposal or lab cleanup
**Your profile**
- Certified chemical or physical laboratory worker or similar degree (EFZ, HF, FH, BSc)
- Experienced with laboratory work on materials analysis, ageing and qualification tests
- Basic knowledge in mechanics and electronics is a plus
- Responsible, cooperative and quality conscious working style
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); communication skills in German
