**What it's about**

We are looking for a Team Assistant to support the Partners Group Portfolio Management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Supporting Senior Portfolio Managers with their organizational tasks such as preparation and post processing of internal and external meetings, planning and coordination of business trips, various administrational tasks, etc.
- Supporting the Executive Assistant of a Global Executive Team member with on-site support and administrative tasks
- Coordination of and attendance in Global Portfolio Committee meetings (coordination of participants, video conferences, agenda, documentation, etc.)
- Correspondence and organization of team events
- Coordinate international and domestic travel bookings, using Concur and with external agency; prepare itinerary and logistics in Outlook
- Process expense reports using Concur
- Maintain and update data in internal database (Siebel, [DealCloud])
- Being responsible for investment process related compliance tasks
- Review, cross-reference, format and assemble power point presentations in accordance with corporate design standards
- Compiling, preparation and printing of presentations, documentations and hand-outs for meetings and business trips
- Answer phones, screen and route callers, handle inquiries, and provide backup for other administrative assistants
- Other administrative tasks as necessary

**What we expect**
- Minimum of 2-4 years of administrative support experience working in a professional environment for a medium to large corporate entity
- Commercial apprenticeship / 'KV Lehre' with comparable number of years' experience or Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, and ability to quickly pick up new software & systems
- Ability to work proactively, handle a large number of tasks while meeting deadlines, and perform well under pressure
- Organized with high attention to detail
- Professional attitude with a friendly, outgoing demeanor and enthusiastic team player contributing to strong administrative support team
- Fluent English in writing and speaking
