**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Business, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in product management, including driving product direction, defining the vision and strategy, data-driven prioritization, and go-to-market execution to deliver results from conception through launch.
- 3 years of experience managing a team of product managers.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience driving impact through product-led growth strategies.
- Proven track record running marketplace products and features. High comfort with ambiguity, agile software development, and iterating to learn and scale.
- Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management up to the Directors and VPs.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities**:
- Define the product vision, strategy, and global roadmap for Channel Memberships (for viewer and creator features).
- Help define and lead the strategy.
- Help lead cross-team planning for improving awareness and signup conversion, increasing supply of content creation, and decreasing friction for content distribution and consumption.
- Work closely with Leads across multiple product areas to innovate on viewer and creator features and enable critical flywheels.
- Collaborate with our marketing, partnerships, business, and go-to-market teams to create a biz plan for CM of ‘where to play’ and ‘how to win’ in different markets around the world and drive the launch and execution of this plan.
