Head Digital Product

In order to provide our clients with seamless multi-channel access and state-of-the-art client experience and thereby increasing product usage and customer success we are looking for a seasoned Head Digital Product & Channel Management to join our team.

**Tasks**
- Assume group-wide responsibility for Sygnum’s Digital Customer Channels comprised of Sygnum’s Client Portal/e-Banking as well as our Client API gateway
- Define and drive the implementation of the group-wide Digital Customer Channel roadmap, incl. enhancement and professionalization of self-service capabilities across all Digital Customer Channels
- Assume group-wide responsibility for optimization of Sygnum’s customer journeys across all products and services together with accountable Business Owners and Product Managers
- Set standards together with Business Owners, CX, UX and UI Designers to ensure client-centric product design and harmonized client experience
- Further develop and extend implementation of our group-wide customer and product analytics framework for management information and business steering purposes
- Define and implement group-wide measures to increase (digital) Customer Success, e.g., A/B testing, prototyping, client test groups, etc.
- Assume group-wide responsibility for Sygnum’s Digital Product Management practices providing Digital Product Managers with technical and methodical guidance
- Lead Customer Experience, Product Design and Product Managers for Digital Customer Channels as Line Manager

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Tech or equivalent
- At least 5-7 years of relevant working experience in Digital Product Management, Channel Management or similar (ideally in Banking, Consulting, Professional Services Agency, etc.)
- Profound theoretical and practical experience with Agile Delivery Frameworks (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Disciplined Agile)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Great teamplayer able to drive own projects very independently

**Nice to have**:

- Hands-on experience with and understanding of digital assets
- Relevant SAFe® certifications
