**Your role**
- Are client needs, digitalization, and investing products your bread and butter? Do you enjoy actively developing investment products and the client journeys that go with them? We’re looking for someone like you to develop innovative digital investing solutions for our retail clients. You will:
- work in an interdisciplinary environment and will be responsible for ensuring that our strategic initiatives are implemented on schedule and to a high standard
- develop requirements backlog in close collaboration with IT architects, business analysts, product managers and business representatives
- coordinate IT delivery and testing activities, involving many IT delivery units of the bank
- involve the control functions of the bank (e.g. Legal) to grant full compliance with market standards (e.g. FIDLEG, MIFID)
- support the development of roll-out, communication and go-to-market strategy with marketing
- coordinate Design Thinking workshops with UX designers and project stakeholders to develop new digital journeys for clients (Mobile and E-Banking) and employees
- organize regular client testing sessions (UX labs) to test the newly created journeys, gather customer feedback to improve the user experience
- analyze sales figures and product utilization to elaborate improvement measures
- conduct market research to understand trends of the industry, customers' insights and pricing sensitivity in order to develop innovative concepts that fulfills the clients’ needs

- You will work in Zurich as part of a highly motivated team within the “Find, Tailor & Contract Best Offering” crew. Together with a diverse team of colleagues from IT, marketing, legal & compliance and product management, you will help expand UBS's leading position in retail banking and stimulate further development in this key business area.

**Your expertise**
- a university degree with banking/finance or technical background
- strong banking business/process understanding, preferably in investment products for Retail Banking
- 3-5 years’ experience in project management, with focus on digitization
- experience in client journey ideation, visual design, development of product vision and roadmap
- you possess strong analytical skills and can convert client and business needs into technical demands
- a team player with good attention to detail: you can work independently and are goal-oriented
- you have an entrepreneur mindset, proactive, highly engaged, able to prioritize own workload on a daily basis and work under pressure
- able to interact confidently and convincingly with colleagues across different seniority levels
- fluent in German and English (speaking and writing)
