Urban Connect is a multimodal integrated mobility platform for companies and communities, enabling shared, carbon-neutral mobility. The platform offers companies an ecosystem of low-emission, shared vehicles - everything from e-bikes to e-scooters and e-cargo bikes to e-cars - with everything bookable via one app. In addition, the platform enables the simple integration of existing vehicle fleets, including the measurement and management of their utilization. It is in this context that we help companies map an optimal, sustainable, cost-effective mobility mix for their employees.
- This is a junior position that starts with a 3-Month Internship, with the objective to continue as a Junior Product Manager after a successful assessment. In this sense, you should be available to continue full-time (80-100%) after the internship.

Tasks

**You will**:

- You will manage Product Development projects, including driving client contact, workshop planning, process management, and coordinating funding and outcome
- Participate in product roadmap planning and backlog management.
- Own diverse platform functionalities and features: define the scope, validate it with stakeholders, and align a concept with Engineering.

**Requirements**:

- You have (or are about to finish) a BSc/MSc in business/marketing/engineering - with coursework in product-related fields (design, management, marketing, statistics...)
- You have some Project Management and/or Product Management experience - either from other internships, or studies-related projects.
- You are familiar with Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies, and the product development cycle - experience with Software PM tools is a +.
- You are good with data, graphics & numbers - experience with BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, PowerBI) is a +.
- You are an entrepreneur at heart - fully passionate about getting things off the ground - startup/entrepreneurial experience is a high +.
- You think logically, be willing to self-learn, research and take a creative approach to problem-solving.
- You have a Hands-on/can-do mentality - you get as excited rolling up your sleeves to get many things done as you are when working on high-level strategic topics
- A team player - we work together as a team, challenge and build on each other’s ideas and work alongside to achieve our vision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and advanced skills (B2/C1) in German.
- Starting date should be latest 01/04/23. Being able to start immediately is a high +.
- This is a mostly on-site position. Some remote is possible, but not as a general rule.
