Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort eine/n Head of Support & Testing (w/m) für unsere spannende Fashiontech Company FIRE.

FIRE digitalisiert weltweit Modemarken und Lifestylefirmen, um das Verkaufserlebnis schneller, intelligenter und nachhaltiger zu machen.

Aufgaben
- Das Aufbauen und Leiten eines Teams von Support
- und Test-Mitarbeitern, das unseren Kunden rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung steht.
- Das Erstellen von Testplänen und -dokumentationen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Software den höchsten Qualitätsstandards entspricht.
- Das Koordinieren von Kundenfeedback und -anforderungen, um unsere Software kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- Das Entwickeln von Support-Richtlinien und -Prozessen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Kunden schnell und effektiv unterstützt werden.
- Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Tests.
- Das Führen von Performance-Reports und -Analysen, um unsere Support-Leistungen zu optimieren.

Qualifikation
- Du hast eine grosse Passion für Testing und Qualitätsverbesserung - Du hast Spass am Fehler finden
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Software Testing, Agile Testing, eventuell Mobile Testing.
- Du bist die Person, die die Initiative übernimmt und als Teamplayer gerne mit anderen zusammen Ideen kreiert, Experimente durchführt und agil Themen weitertreibt
- Du bist eine kommunikative und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
