**Job Description**:
**What we expect day to day**:

- Deliver to the Visa Central European Acceptance Strategy:
You will support the development of the Central European Acceptance strategy to expand Visa acceptance in Switzerland, ensuring alignment with functional peers and country priorities for the verticals you will lead and or support
- Identify and size the opportunity for value propositions that leverage Visa’s core product capabilities focusing on Win in Digital (Tokenization, Click to Pay and more)
- Identify and prioritize clients, third parties and segments for acceptance expansion by assessing revenue opportunity and strategic importance
- Drive revenue generating outcomes:

- Consultatively identifying client’s needs and crafting customized solutions that grow both, the client’s and Visa’s business and increase satisfaction with Visa products/services
- Launch pilots of new and existing value propositions to test new concepts and use these as a foundation for commercial launches and to showcase Visa capabilities
- Actively manage clients within the market in context of Win in Digital topics
- Manage internal and external partners (merchants, aggregators, etc.) to deliver compelling solutions and support their delivery
- Build strong internal and external partnerships. Conduct cross-functional due diligence efforts with prospective partners, including financial, product, technical & systems assessment
- Lead and support external discussions around acceptance solutions
- Lead research projects to collate data from multiple sources to inform acceptance strategy and turn data into insights

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:
What we're after
- Work experience in the fields of Finance technology, Information technology, Ecommerce or similar.
Experience in cards and payments industries or similar technological environments is a big plus
- Track record in developing client relationships and sales partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with partners in order to present Visa’s strategic vision and negotiate effectively on behalf of the company
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across functions and geographies in a complex matrix environment.
- Be open minded and excited about the future technologies, willing to learn and work in a multi-cultural environment
- Analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Eagerness for self-learning and personal development
- Ability to adapt and quickly grasp new topics or new tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- A team player who is able to develop strong internal and external relationships ensuring uptake and delivery of Visa solutions. Effective influencing and communication skills to secure buy-in from clients and stakeholders
- Educated to degree level or hold equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in German and English language, any further language is a plus
