**Your role**
- Are you able to handle multiple priorities (combination of new and repetitive) with energy and enthusiasm? Do you want to work closely with senior management on driving the function forward?
- Do you have a strategic mindset whilst maintaining focus on what matters in the moment?
- We’re looking for a business manager to:
- Take ownership and drive our Collaboration programs with Booking Centers in Asia
- Take control of financial forecasting, insights and controlling of KPI reports
- Understand the priorities and strategic goals of the function
- Instigating change initiatives that will drive the business forward
- Manage a portfolio of projects ranging from quick tasks such as pulling a headcount report to longer term strategic initiatives over several months
- Work with a variety of stakeholders both within your function and with supporting units i.e. Compliance, Group Legal and Middle Office

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the GWM APAC Switzerland business management team in Zurich. We provide a huge variety of services to ensure that the UHNW, China, North Asia and South East Asia teams performs effectively whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities. You'll be working closely with Head Business Management - WM APAC Switzerland and their management team.
- You will be joining an incredibly diverse (17 nations), high performing, (Number 1 team in APAC last year) and interesting team with huge ambition (aim to double in 4 years) and be part of a business that brings the best of Switzerland to Asian clients. What’s not to love

**Your expertise**
- ideally 5 years of experience working as a business manager or in a role which required the above expertise
- very organised and not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously
- excellent communicator with persuasive presentation skills
- quick to learn new things be it a new IT tool or different process
- always looking to remove barriers and make the way we work more efficient
- natural risk manager with a strategic mind-set
