**Your role**
- Are you a highly motivated people person who likes analyzing complex situations and presenting them in an easy and understandable way? Are you interested to be a part of Global Wealth Management (GWM), Chief Operating Office (COO)?
- We're looking for someone like that to:
- support the execution of global strategic initiatives
- help to prepare key meeting materials and senior management presentations
- learn how GWM COO drives the operational environment for GWM, from both a run-the-bank and change-the bank perspective and gain familiarity of complex backgrounds
- learn how to facilitate GWM COO central alignment for business management functions

In your role, you will be involved in the execution of key strategic GWM COO priorities. This role will provide the opportunity to grow and expand your knowledge as well as your network across all areas in GWM.**Internship**

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in GWM COO, Business Model Transformation department in Zürich. We sustainably transform the GWM business model from strategic and organizational perspective to further create efficiencies, advance simplification and radically focus on our investment and seamless governance. We drive strategic initiatives to elevate our services to best-in-class standards and dynamically react to the unexpected.

**Your expertise**
- You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master's degree within the last 6 months.
- In particular, you have:
- a structured and autonomous work style and interest in working in a fast-paced environment as part of an international team
- good communication skills and you’re comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- excellent English skills (written and oral)
- good judgement when dealing with sensitive information and you’re diligent with administrative responsibilities
- a good command of Microsoft Office programs
- Start date: August, or upon agreement
