**Your role**
- Are you a detail-oriented multitasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? We’re looking for someone like that who can be part of the team. You will fulfill a challenging role with a wide range of responsibilities working closely with the Head of Digital Enablement (DE), WMCH market and the BC CH Agile Delivery Organization. In the function as Digital Enablement Manager. You will be involved in a variety of business unit initiatives and coordinate requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring that responses to queries are of the highest quality and delivered in a timely manner. You will be responsible for:
- drive together with ADO - Agile Delivery Organization - cross-functional Run-the-Bank (RtB)& Change initiatives and support strategic positioning of new WMCH Digital Enablement & Transformation Strategy
- communication specialist for WMCH and cross-divisional communication measurements where WMCH is involved, management and coordination of Social Media or marketing initiatives to promote WMCH rollouts or digital products
- project Lead in UBS Social Ambassador Program in WMCH (community management, activity monitoring, social media presence consulting, aligned with Social Media Team)
- together with Senior colleague’s management and ownership of selected digital projects for WM CH
- rollout Coordination of digital tools & features rollouts within WMCH/GFIM, close collaboration with rollout unit in Omni-channel Management
- be one of the approvers for all communication, marketing initiatives internally and externally where WMCH is involved
- deputize WMCH as part of Digital Together Newsletter editorial board and work on presentations to senior management
- fundamental Reporting knowledge to deputize team maids Your team
- support the daily management of digital products and tools for Client Advisors and clients

**Your expertise**
- several years’ experience within the wealth Management organization preferred as Business Manger or front Staff and project experience with a track record over 2-3 years
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- good judgment when dealing with sensitive information
- a proven record of working well with others in a diverse setting and excellent interpersonal skills (and this is noticeable even when under pressure)
- excellent German and English (written and oral), French is a plus
