- We are looking for a digitally savvy colleague to:
- engage clients with a personalized e-mobile/ banking experience
- provide remote and personal 1:1 e-banking sessions to showcase UBS’ first-in-class digital solutions
- closely collaborate with internal market representatives to continuously tailor our service offering to the specific needs of our internal and external stakeholders
- leverage direct client feedback to enhance our digital enablement efforts across booking center Switzerland

**Your team**
- You will be part of the highly skilled and motivated Digital Agent team within the Front Support Office (FSO) in Booking Center Switzerland.

**Your expertise**
- expertise on remotely and personally supporting and engaging with a diverse range of domestic and international clients
- ability to identify clients’ needs and tailor the service provided accordingly
- curious mindset and ambition of self-identifying problems and opportunities
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to offer tactical and strategic solutions
- excellent verbal communication skills in German/French/Italian and English to provide our clients a first-class experience. Any additional language is an advantage.
