If you're an Airline Manager with an interest in developing relationships, and being the support to multiple stakeholders - this could be the role for you:
**Here's what you'll do**:
- Lead and conduct regular business reviews with strategic partners (HQ and regional level)
- Lead the development, maintenance and implementation of airline partners development plans
- Lead the timely submission of airline tenders with the commercial and the Pricing and Solutions team
- Gain industry knowledge through close relations to senior Management of Airlines in order to uncover trends, market information.
- Collaborate with the airlines partners to sell SkyCell, to target business opportunities, to grow market share by winning new volumes
- Support the Pricing and Solutions Team
- Support Global Partner Manager in MLA negotiation and closure. Take the lead on MLA negotiation where defined with the Global Partner Manager
- Ensure that agreed conditions from MLA are communicated internally to the SkyCell commercial and Finance team
- Lead the continuous education of regional and local airline offices and support their alignment with their HQ and the MLA
- Act as escalation point for commercial and operational issues with partner airlines and support through trouble-shooting
- Support Marketing with newsletters and events planning and execution where needed
- Participate in global industry events
- Lead the organization of local airline events
- Support BDs in local sales events by involving strategic partners
**Requirements**:
**This is what you'll need**:
- Commercial apprenticeship and/or bachelor’s degree in business or similar
- Several years of work experience, working for an airline or a freight forwarder in the airfreight operation or in a similar role
- Good comprehension of the full range of airline logistics services including airline lease, reverse logistics, network balancing, service AWB, cost optimization, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
