Chapter Leader of Learning and Technical Promotion

**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- Master degree, or equivalent, in Electrical, Mechanical or Management Engineering Result orientation, flexibility and openness to new ideas
- Minimum 5 years in similar role and multinational company contest, preferably in the field of electrical power distribution
- Strong customer focus and solid stakeholders’ management skills together, with a result-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to build and leverage network. Good team player, willing to work in a network of teams, with an understanding of agile way of working and eager to continuously learn
- Highest integrity and compliance
- Intercultural skills and outstanding English communication - both verbal and written
